MEET THE BRIDAL PARTY

Team Bride

Obakeng Monamodi

Maid of Honour, Buxi Wuxi is the big and little sister I never had. I experienced being a sister through her. I was her favourite person until she became a teenager. Then I couldn’t discipline her like I wanted to, and she could no longer take baths with me. She has turned out into a lovely young lady, very sober minded and well mannered. I have very high hopes and aspirations for her. I chose her as maid of honour because I have known her since birth, lol, and she is blood!

Tebogo Diale

She is Neo’s younger sister. She represents my new family. Unlike Neo who doesn’t have a lot of siblings-in-law, she is part of a formidable 5. She will become a great aunt to my kids soon. Looking forward to lovely journey of SIL-ship. Another one who is destined for the stars.

Team Groom

Kearabetswe Skosana

My tiny tot friend, with the strength and determination of a marathon runner. Wait, she actually did run marathons, and was quite a good athlete, but now even squats and lunges are a problem for her knees. I  have known Kea since primary school when were 11, and 20 years later she still looks 11 years old. We have been through life’s ups and downs together, and have come out strong beautiful women. She is the one friend who likes to reprimand me, kanti who older here? I guess this will work when you are God Mother to my children *wink*

Potlako Moteane

Potskade dey dey dey, tallest friend I have! If she wasn’t such a good friend, she wouldn’t have been selected as bridesmaid as she towers over everyone, including the groom, lol.. This will be her debut bridesmaid gig, you are welcome friend. We met at medschool, and it was though we had always known each other, now we talk on the phone on a daily basis, on what exactly..beats me. She is raising a very smart young man, she makes it look so easy. God Mother number 2 *wink* After the wedding we will work on that Whatsapp and Instagram addiction when you have my full attention.

Luvuyo Mali

The Best Man: I call him "Maguy". He is the coolest guy ever. Also been friends since 1999 and I have never seen him angry or upset. He is that friend I know I can always count on

Lesiba Phiri

Depending how I feel I call him Foxy, Phoko or Malungelo. Our friendship dates back to high school. I think standard 9, grade 11 for the born frees. He was that guy who would hang a beeper mo lethekeng when beepers came out, a cellphones came out he was rocking a blue Alcatel mo lethekeng. Always looking clean with shiny black shoes. They say in a pack of friends you have you will have the joker, the troublemaker, and the level headed one. That's Lesiba for me.

Thandile Jack

I call him Mnumzana Maroma. We have been friends since 1999. We met at then PE Technikon while doing our Electrical Engineering. In life they say you will meet people who will walk in and out of your life and those who will stay and have an impact in your life and he is one of those. Brothers for life!

Thabiso Diale
